Reasons
The court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cites it by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
It is insufficient to reverse the conclusion of the judgment of the first instance court only with the descriptions of evidence Nos. 12 through 14 submitted by the plaintiff at the trial.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
