(1) The basic performance bonus and annual salary shall be paid only to the employees who are in office as of the payment date, except as otherwise provided for in this provision. The basic performance and annual salary under Article 20 shall be 100 percent of the annual salary for duties. The basic performance and annual salary under Article 21 (Criteria for Payment of Basic Performance Salaries and Timing) shall be paid in installments on the basis of the monthly salary for duties as of the payment date: Provided, That the payment date may be changed if inevitable, detailed matters necessary for the enforcement of this provision shall be determined by the outline of enforcement. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17588, Dec. 1, 1999>

(2) For each hour, overtime work allowances equivalent to 1.5/209 of the ordinary monthly wage paid may be paid to each other.
