Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an employer who runs a home-based business under the trade name of H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”) located in G in eternia.

[2014 Highest 2616] The Defendant did not pay wages of 1,728,100 won in April 2009 of K retired workers from around November 1, 2001 to around September 30, 201, and did not pay wages of 1,728,100 won in May 2009, wages of 1,728,100 won in July 2009, wages of 571,90 won in July 2009, wages of 1,80,00,000 won in November 209, wages of 1,228,100 won in January 1, 201, wages of 572,00 won in April 20, 200, wages of 200 won in May 20, 2000, and wages of 7848,200 days in May 2084 without agreement between the parties concerned.
[2014 Highest 4895] The Defendant has worked at the above H, and from November 11, 2013 to March 10, 2014.
L's total wage of KRW 4,600,000, and labor from January 3, 2014 to March 10, 2014.
The total amount of wages of M M 3,950,000 won, and is employed from September 23, 2013 to April 4, 2014.
Without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date of payment, the retired N's total amount of KRW 14,850,000,000, including the total amount of KRW 6,300,000, it was not paid within 14 days from the retirement
