The defendant is a person of Korean nationality who entered the Republic of Korea on January 18, 2013 and applied for refugee status.

1. Around December 2015, from around January 2016 to around January 2016, the Defendant conspiredd to receive money and valuables from the victim by “E, a military head of the U.S. nationality of the Republic of Korea, which had been completed through the Sysi Account (D) of the name of “C” with a person whose name cannot be known (hereinafter referred to as “co-offenders in name”).

Around February 2, 2016, both the Defendant and his name-based accomplices play their respective roles, and the Defendant or his name-based accomplices sent the e-mail as if they were the U.S. military heading “E” stationed in Syria, and they are plans to live in the Republic of Korea after obtaining the nationality of the Republic of Korea by being discharged from the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Korea. There is no money having access to military units because of security reasons in order to send the personal goods (such as orders, ingots, credit information, etc.) before being sent to the Republic of Korea. On the other hand, the Defendant or his name-based accomplices sent the e-mail to the Republic of Korea as if they were the employees of the international delivery company, and they sent the e-mail as if they were the employees of the international delivery company and sent the e-mail to the Republic of Korea.”

However, in fact, only misrepresentation of the staff of the U.S. military E or the international delivery service provider was not the actual staff of the U.S. military head or the international delivery service provider, and there was no intention to send the victims with the goods of the U.S. military head or to compensate the victims for the costs or expenses paid.

The defendant and his/her accomplices in name in conspiracy with the above, thereby deceiving the victim, thereby deceiving the victim.
