On May 21, 2014, the Defendant, around 08:27, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim in means of public transportation, such as pressing the Defendant’s sexual flag part attached to the left side of the victim E (V, 27 years old) at the front line of subway 2, which was operated as an air exhauster in the subway station located in Salydong, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on May 21, 2014.

On May 21, 2014, from around 08:30 to 08:35, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in means of public transportation, such as taking the part of the Defendant’s sexual flag close after the victim F (age 23) in the front line of the subway line 2, which had been operated by the alternates in the discharge station from around 08:30 to around 08:35.
