l. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and by a fine of ten thousand won.
The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “Lkis room” by employing female employees, such as E (so named as female sex trafficking; hereinafter the same shall apply), F, G, H, I, J, and K, on the 3rd floor of Gwangju Northern-gu D Building.
On August 7, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 50,00 from a male customer’s name in return for a price for sexual traffic, and arranged to act of similarity as a family room where the said “J”, which is a sexual traffic woman, was waiting to engage in sexual intercourse so that he/she can see the sexual organ as soon as possible, by taking advantage of his/her name and name from a male customer as the price for sexual traffic. From that time to July 20, 2017, the Defendant received approximately KRW 158,165,00,000 from that time to July 20, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant has arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. Defendant B
A. From March 2012 to June 2016, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (i.e., brokerage of commercial sex acts), was a pre-service proprietor who operated the said “Lkis” room, and was well aware of the fact that A would engage in commercial sex acts in operating the said kis as referred to in the preceding paragraph, as seen in the preceding paragraph, and was able to commit the crime by facilitating the act of transferring the so-called “(M)”, which is a business means in which the kis are equipped with the kis and the telephone number of the kis, to A, by hand over the said kis.
B. Around March 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic by having a female with no name-free sexual traffic go to his/her sexual organ with his/her hand and injury, and paying 45,000 won in cash in return for doing so.
