Reasons

1. On July 12, 2012, the Plaintiffs indicated in the claim were determined to the Defendant as KRW 5 million, monthly rent, KRW 700,000,000,000 per month, and the Defendant leased the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant on March 1, 2015. The Plaintiffs in arrears terminate the lease contract on the grounds of overdue rent, and claim for the return of the leased object and the payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent or rent.
