A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. B. On January 29, 2020, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones in the manner as referred to in paragraph (a), and purchased 300,000 won in the said paragraph’s account at around 00:32, and purchased phiphones in the way of finding approximately 0.5 g of phiphones in front of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Jindong, Seoul.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 06:00 on January 4, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by mixing the volume microphones purchased from the Defendant’s house of the F apartment G in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, with the foregoing 1’s paragraph (a), with the number of biophones.
B. At around 04:00 on January 29, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones by mixing the quantity microphones purchased, such as the above 1-B, with coffee, at the location of the above paragraph (a).

1. On February 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase psychotropic drugs from sales books using telegrams (hereinafter “phiphones”); (b) deposited KRW 300,000 in the I Bank account (J) in the name of the limited liability company H; and (c) purchased phiphones in the form of so-called “Trophones” by bringing about approximately 0.5g of the phiphones inserted by the above in the name of the deceased in the vicinity of KK located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, by bringing about approximately KRW 0.5g of the phiphones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 03:00 on February 24, 2020, the Defendant water from the injection equipment containing approximately 0.1g of philopon in the mutual influence room located in the new sub-dong located in the Dong-dong, dong-gu, dong-gu, Seoul.
