If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 19:00 on August 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained one driver’s license of a motor vehicle in the name of the injured; (b) returned to the injured party; and (c) embezzled that he/she had in his/her idea without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the injured party; and (d) embezzled it.

At around 22:00 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while driving a freight vehicle C in the influence of alcohol before the Seocho-dong subway Station, the Defendant denied the official document by presenting the driver’s license after completing the driver’s license for the vehicle B, which was held by the Commissioner of the Busan Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency for the same reason as stated in paragraph (1), on the ground that it was discovered to the police officer who was under the influence of drinking influence while driving under influence of alcohol; and (b) as a result of the alcohol measurement, the blood alcohol level of 0.08% was 0% higher; and (c) as a result, the Defendant was

3. Around 22:00 on August 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.080% in a section of about 20 meters from the epos apartment store in the north-dong, Busan to the front of the Mapo-dong subway Station.
