A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C radar cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On June 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.140% among blood transfusion around 06:10, and continued to drive the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.140%, leading the road next to the E in Jinjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, Seoul Metropolitan City, to the front Buk-gu Intersection.

In such cases, all drivers shall not drive a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the motor vehicle safely, such as driving on the right side of the center line.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in the course of business running along the center line while neglecting it, and received the front portion of the F-A-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the course of duty, from driving the said vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, injury to sugars, etc. with no one in the two open for two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim G, such as climatic salt, tension, etc. for two weeks of medical treatment.

B. On the same date and time as paragraph (a), the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.140% from the 8km section of approximately 8 km to the road near the runway of the sloping-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the place referred to in paragraph (a).
