[Criminal facts]

1. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a Do-low-income vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 6 km to around the road in front of the Pung-dong, which is located in the Pung-dong, Si, Si, Gyeong-si, Si, Gyeongnam-si.

2. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 10:30 on the roads in front of a gas station C in the city of Gyeongnam-si; (b) on the roads in front of the gas station C, where traffic control was performed at that place, the Defendant put the Defendant’s G resident registration number of the same student to the said F as his/her resident registration number, and was subject to the Defendant’s request for confirmation of his/her personal information, when he/she controlled the traffic violations from F, who was working for the police station E

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 2, engaged in the forgery of a private document and the display of the above investigation document, with the intention to continuously demand the F to prepare a letter of approval for driving without a license from the above F, stated the name column “G”, “H” in the resident number column, and “G” in the statement column, signed at his own discretion on the next page, thereby forging the letter of approval under the name of G, which is a private document concerning proof of fact, and subsequently, exercised the forged private document to the above F as if it was duly formed with the knowledge of the fact.
