All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

Reasons

The Defendants’ defense counsel appealed against the judgment of the first instance on August 5, 2014 and filed an appeal. On August 18, 2014, the fact that the Defendants did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the date they received the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the written notice of the appointment of a public defender from this court on August 18, 2014 is apparent in the record, and the Defendants’ petition of appeal does not contain any reasons for appeal, and there is no reason for ex officio investigation in the record. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1)
