Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A operated Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) in Busan Seo-gu and engaged in meat packaging business.
From January 1, 2017 to March 31, 2017, the Defendant sold the total amount of KRW 51,220,207,207, indicating the phrase “HALAMB” and the height of the animal pattern as if the Defendant had not been certified of grow.
Accordingly, the defendant made a false marking on the livestock products.
2. Defendant B’s representative director who is Defendant B’s Defendant Company, made a false marking on livestock products as described in paragraph (1) with respect to the Defendant’s business.
