1. It is confirmed that an insurance contract entered in the separate sheet concluded between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is null and void.

Reasons

1. Ascertainment of invalidity of an insurance contract based on a violation of Article 103 of the Civil Act and a claim for restitution of unjust enrichment against KRW 41,52,521 of the insurance money already paid on the ground that an insurance contract entered in the separate sheet between the applicant for the indication of the claim and the defendant is null and void;
