On January 19, 2014, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a 10-meter B car from the front day of the “even-time elementary school” road located in the Jung-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front day of the Marine Corps, which is located in the Marine Corps Seocho-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.10% of alcohol concentration.
