1. The defendant is based on the termination of the entrustment management contract with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment without pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The statutory interest rate of 15% per annum shall apply from October 1, 2015, as the partial dismissal of the portion was amended by the Regulations on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings. As such, a claim for damages for delay in excess of the statutory interest rate is groundless.
