The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 12, 2018, the summary of the charge is as follows: (a) the Defendant: (b) the victim D (the 30-year-old-old-gu-gu-gu-gu-gu-gu-gu-gu-si-gu-gu-gu-si-gu-gu-gu-si-gu-gu-si (C) took a scambling and knife the Defendant for parking; and (c) the Defendant had a large number of visitors with the scambling, with respect to the scambling of the Defendant; and (d) the Defendant was the victim.
In this year, the victims were sexually insultingd by “the Methical Methy,” and “the victim was sexually insulting.”
2. The judgment is based on the case that falls under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim revoked the complaint against the Defendant on August 10, 2018, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
