1. The defendant shall pay 150,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from February 19, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on December 20, 2004, filed a lawsuit against the defendant on the basis of the agreement that the defendant reversed the real estate exchange agreement between the plaintiff on September 23, 2004 and the plaintiff on September 23, 2004, and sentenced on April 28, 2010 that the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 150 million won and the amount calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from February 19, 2005 to the day of full payment. The judgment becomes final and conclusive around that time. The above money is again claimed for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
