1. Defendant A

A. On September 3, 2013, at around 03:15, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.167% of blood alcohol level, driven the CK5 car and proceeded the road in front of 112-way Busan Jin-gu, Busan, into a written room from the Busan Pung-gu, and shocked the Epoter II cargo vehicle owned by the victim D, parked on the right-hand side of the course, and the above Poter truck was pushed down to the GM3 car owned by the victim, parked in the above Poter, and shocked the GM3 car owned by the victim, which was parked on the right-hand side of the course, and led to the shock of the HM3 car, which was parked in the above SM3 car.

The Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures after destroying and damaging the 2,799,865 won of the repair cost to repair the said Poter truck and the said M3 vehicle in a traffic accident.

B.
