1. The defendant's order of payment order (No. 2014) No. 2786 against the plaintiff is based on the Suwon District Court's order of payment against the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A claim for the price of goods against the plaintiff alleged to have been acquired by the defendant was extinguished after the extinctive prescription was completed in around 1993, and the plaintiff did not have received the notification of transfer.
