Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
On December 14, 2012, the Defendant purchased a mobile phone device that was stolen or acquired by another person with the Seoul Western District Court with the knowledge of the fact, and conspired to acquire stolen property.
1. At around 11:00 on October 24, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with E, purchased 2.5 million won and acquired stolen goods by purchasing a gallon 73 smartphone 1,50,000 won at the victim G, the market price of which was the victim’s G, which was stolen by F [limited to the charge of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, to the Seoul Western District Court on November 23, 2012] in front of the post-Yanpo Station located in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
2. At around 18:00 on November 5, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with E, purchased at least 2.50,000 won of a galgal lusium 70,000 won, even though he/she knew that it was stolen or acquired by a person who was not injured in his/her name before the subway station located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
3. On November 14:05, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with E, purchased a cellphone 4 smartphone in the amount of KRW 900,000,00,000, which was the victim’s name, owned by H around the Yongsan-gu Office located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing one cellphone 4 smartphone in collusion with E with the knowledge that it was a stolen.
4. On November 14, 2012, the Defendant conspired with E on November 14:30, 2012, one of the smartphone 40,000 won in the market price, which is the victim’s name-free possession, that was stolen or discovered by the winners of the name-free reception in front of the subway Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
