【Criminal Facts】

At around 13:15 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant, holding psychotropic drugs (conphones), carried approximately 0.22g of the remaining conphones purchased, as in paragraph (1), for the purpose of medication, in the “F parking lot” located in Ansan-gu, Mayang-si, Mayang-si, and carried with the Defendant a container for DF stations and a light con con con con con con con con con con con con c
