A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of drinking), which was driven under the influence of alcohol on the two-lane road in front of the four-lane radius in the new-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, where he received a civil petition and reported on a two-lane road, and was dispatched to the site, and was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as a red and irregular distance.

2. On July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a Dknife vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the front side of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, “A Park February 28, 2012” through the front side of the 3km-dong, Daegu-dong, Daegu-gu, and the front side of the Nknife-gu, Daegu-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license.
3.
