A. The parties’ relationship 1) Defendant D Co., Ltd. was established as E Industry Corporation on October 17, 1969 and converted into E Co., Ltd on February 23, 197 and then changed to the current trade name on December 29, 199 (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).

(1) On October 1969, a factory producing asbestos products on the F of the Busan East-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as “instant asbestos factory”).

From December 1969, asbestos companies were newly built and manufactured asbestos products, such as asbestos companies, asbestospos, asbestos tapes, and asbestos logs, and thereafter closed the asbestos factory of this case until the end of 2006. The factory was suspended on September 20, 1968 when it moved the factory to the mass acid. From September 2, 1979 to June 3, 198, Busan Dongdong-gu I, Busan, 1979 to September 25, 198 (from September 2, 1989, Busan, Busan, Dong-gu, 2009 to June 3, 1989) the address of 9, Busan, Dongdong-gu, Busan, 200 to August 26, 198, Busan, 200 to August 5, 1985, 209.

All of the above addresses are located within a distance of about 500 meters from the factory of this case.

3) The Plaintiff A is the husband of the Deceased, and the Plaintiff C is the father of the Deceased, and the Plaintiff B was born between the Plaintiff A and the former wife. The present situation of the asbestos plant in this case is the asbestos plant in this case operated by the Defendant Company. The number of asbestos removal factories in Korea so far is not more than 30 workers, most of the asbestos removal factories in 14 small and medium-sized areas, and it is known that there are 2 small and medium-sized businesses in Busan, 2 small and medium-sized businesses in 9, Ulsan, and 1 business places in Chungcheongbuk, and the number of workers and production is the asbestos plant in this case.

2. The defendant company is from December 1969 to March 1, 1990 at the asbestos plant of this case.
