A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who runs a motor vehicle maintenance business from April 2016 to August 9, 2019 with the trade name of "D," from around August 10, 2019 to around August 9, 2019.
