Reasons

On August 12, 2014, the Defendant committed assault at the entrance of the fourth floor CPC of the 4th floor of the building located in Yong-si around 17:30 on August 12, 2014, on the part of the victim D (ma, 21 years of age) and shouldered from the elevator, and assaulted twice the victim's return to the PC.
