The defendant is a person who operates E, a tourist company, from 704 buildings D in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.

1. No transport business operator who violates passenger transport business shall have another transport business operator or any person who is not a transport business operator operate passenger transport business with or without compensation by using any or all of the commercial automobiles;

Nevertheless, on February 9, 2015, the Defendant had G, the borrower of FF vehicle in the name of the said E company, use the said vehicle with childcare center bus, fish driving school bus, etc., and operated passenger transport service.

On February 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered into a contract with the victim G to receive KRW 200,000,000 per month for F vehicles in the name of the Co., Ltd., E, a stock company in the name of the said paragraph (1) around the 209, 14, and had the victim operated the said vehicle, the Defendant had the victim arbitrarily towed the said vehicle without the consent of the victim on the ground that the victim did not pay the money for which he provided the said vehicle as security and received the loan.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate exercise of the victim's rights against the bus.
