The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as those alleged in the judgment of the court of first instance, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified even if all of the evidence submitted in the judgment of the court of first instance and the court of first instance are examined.
Therefore, the reasoning for this court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the part of “only testimony of witness E” of No. 4 of the first instance judgment No. 8 is the same as the part of the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except for the written evidence No. 1 and the testimony of witness E of the first instance trial; and (b) such part is the same as that of the first instance judgment.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
