1. On March 2, 2018, around 09:5, the Defendant violated the victim C’s theft and structure at “E” bank operated by the victim C, who was located in North Korea-gun, North Korea-gun, in order to steals money and valuables, into the said “E” bank by pretending to be customers for the purpose of stealing money and valuables, and doing so as to do so, while placing precious metal in the display room, there was a 400,000 won of the market value at the display room, which was located in the display room of the victim, stored one pair of 40,000 won of the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 2, 2018, the Defendant of theft and intrusion into the victim F, who was operated by the victim F, who was in the former Northern-gun G on March 10:15, 2018, intruded into the said “H” by pretending to steals money and goods as customers for the purpose of stealinging money and goods, and doing so as to killing precious metal, and then, in a display room where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, 2 pairs of 7,40,000 won at the market price at the display room were placed in one’s own machine.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.
