1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from November 14, 2018 to May 31, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
1. The fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50 million to the Defendant on October 21, 201, and KRW 50 million on November 9, 2011 is no dispute between the parties.
2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 100,000,000 in total of the above loans and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate prior to the amendment of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from November 14, 2018 to May 31, 2019, and from the following day to the day of full payment, the damages for delay calculated at the statutory interest rate of 12% per annum.
3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
