1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,249,384 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. From August 2015 to October 2015, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for a product equivalent to KRW 45,319,384, such as WT1501 (C-Part), but was paid only KRW 4,070,00 on September 25, 2015, and thus, the remainder of KRW 41,249,384 was claimed by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
