1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 25 million won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from January 11, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Loan 20 million won as of July 9, 2014 (the principal debtor C, Defendant C, joint and several sureties, the due date for payment, January 10, 2015, the agreed interest and damages for delay 34.9% per annum) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of the Plaintiff within the percentage of the above agreement after the due date for payment as of July 9, 2014.
