A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is a person engaged in the operation of freezing towers C.

On 08. 23:45 on 01. 08. 08., the Defendant driven the above vehicle to turn to the left at a speed of about 40km from the z. S. logistics center to Daegu, the intersection in front of the z. S. logistics center, which is located in the west-si, in the case of the addition of the G. B.T. 3:45 on 2013.

Since there is a three-distance intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the driver in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the driver.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting the red-down signal and left-hand turn, the victim B (year 22) who was placed on the left-hand side of the moving direction from the Daegu on the left-hand side of the vehicle of the defendant was placed with no number plate (unreported) operated by the victim B (year 2).

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the 6th anniversary of the 12 week period of medical treatment, to the victim due to the above occupational negligence.

2. At around 23:45 on August 2013, 2013, Defendant B driven a 599cc lebane with no number plate without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 10km section from the front of the native village in Jin-si, Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front road of the Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeong-do, in a cheon-si, the Defendant driven a Y-si 59cc lebane with no number plate without obtaining a driver’s license.
