Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B low-speed car;
On May 02, 2014, at around 02:35, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol content of 0.105% and proceeded at a speed of about 40 km per hour at the face of a foreign exchange bank, from the surface of a non-presidential apartment bank, the Defendant was in a state of normal physical operation and accident to the extent that the Defendant could not properly hold the body.
Nevertheless, under the above circumstances, the Defendant, while driving the said car in violation of the signal even though the electric traffic signal was red, went to the above intersection, and brought the front part of the victim E (the 25-year-old driver) who driven the said intersection to the electromagneticland surface from the surface of the spring road traffic distance room according to the normal signal, was shocked by the front part of the driver's vehicle by the Defendant's left-hand entrance.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the trend of light that requires a two-day medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (V, 23 years old) who was on the flurged vehicle, for about two-day medical treatment.
2. On May 02, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a passenger car with B low alcohol level of 0.105% under the influence of alcohol from the 3km section to the place indicated in paragraph (1) on the roads near the 1st apartment parking lot located in the Yansan-si movable property located in the Yansan-si, North Korea.
