However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant, on October 6, 2020, driven a DNA-low vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.081% from the front Do of Changwon-si, to the same front road of the same Gu, around October 6, 2020.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.

The reasons for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act include: (a) the Defendant, who had no criminal history; (b) repeated driving of drinking within the short period; and (c) the Defendant, at the time of committing the crime, was a high alcohol concentration in blood; and (d) the sentence is determined as ordered.
