A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants respectively.

Defendant

A is the president of the “D Language Institute” in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and Defendant B is the vice president of the said Institute. The victim E works for the English instructor from September 1, 2016 to August 29, 2017 at the said Institute. The victim F is the husband of E.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant’s defamation (1) revealed that the victim F was subject to a fine within the president of the pertinent private teaching institute, and that the victim E graduated from the said private teaching institute, the Defendant publicly damaged the victims’ reputation by openly speaking to the victims at a large interest, such as the list of crimes (1) written in the list of crimes, at the scene where the victim E was aware of the fact that he/she graduated from the said private teaching institute.

(2) Although there was no fact that the victim E inciting the instructors of a private teaching institute at the above time and at the above location, the Defendant damaged the victim E’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts, by causing the victim E “I, I, J, and the Defendant’s husband’s husband’s words “I would inciting the instructor and make the instructor speak at a private teaching institute, I, I, J, and I, and I, due to this person, I need for a prudent. I, I would like to cause the instructor to go.”

(B) Although the facts at the above date and at the above location are under investigation by the Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office with respect to the Defendant’s defamation, the Defendant, despite the absence of the fact that the victim E was subject to a fine, the Defendant damaged the Victim E’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by openly pointing out false facts by pointing out the victim E at the location where the instructors of the above private teaching institute H, I, J, and the Defendant’s husband K is heard.

B. The Defendant’s insult (1) is a victim E at the above time and place where the Plaintiff heard H, I, J, the husband of the Defendant, and K.
