All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal: (a) the Defendants visited a member of the F Unauthorized Foreign Service as long as their health conditions are not good to the extent of receiving hospitalized treatment at the time; (b) the president of the F Unauthorized Foreign Service, determined the Defendants’ hospitalized treatment; and (c) received actual hospitalized treatment accordingly; and (d) accordingly, the Defendants were guilty of fraud on the ground that the part receiving insurance money from an insurance company was obtained on the premise that they did not receive normal hospitalized treatment; and (b) accordingly, the lower court erred
