1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 220,106,846 as well as KRW 50,00,000 among them, from February 2, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the creditor’s “Plaintiff” and “debtor” are changed to “Defendant”; 2. Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without pleading
3. The portion of damages for delay exceeding 15% per annum is dismissed as the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal are amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015.
