Reasons

1. Judgment as shown in the separate facts constituting the offense in the indictment (the respondent shall be the defendant) 2.

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act, the proviso to Article 44 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act;

B. On January 19, 2016, the victims indicated that they were not subject to punishment.
