On August 15, 2015, at around 16:16:16, the Defendant driven a 1km car at a distance of about 1 km from the area near the area of Cheongsung-si, Cheongsung-si, Cheongsung-si, Cheongsan-si, Cheongyang-si, Yan-si, in the influence of alcohol level of 0.09%.
