As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals for Three (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, it shall be recognized only as 20% per annum from the date following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the part in excess shall be dismissed.
