1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 1, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
1. Determination
A. On February 1, 2015, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant, who runs a construction business, and served as an employee of the electrical ship until November 30, 2016, excluding April 2016 and July 2016.
