2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On October 9, 2012, the Plaintiff is a company whose purpose is to carry out insurance business, etc. under the Insurance Act, which has changed its trade name from Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and the Defendant entered into a Korea Life Insurance Contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant on October 4, 2002.

B. The main contents of the instant insurance contract are as follows: B policyholders and the insured: The insurance period of KRW 127,650 per month in total for the Plaintiff’s insurance premium: 25,000 (main contract): the insurance period of KRW 25,000: the insurance period of KRW 80: the insurance premium of KRW 20: 20: 2,750,000 for the insurance premium of KRW 20: the main contents of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract under the special agreement for non-distribution of dividends among the instant insurance contracts are as follows:

The defendant shall pay to the insured during the insurance period of this special agreement a disaster (hereinafter referred to as "disaster") prescribed in the Disaster Classification Table (See attached Table 4) and if the insured becomes a disability of Grades II through VI in the disability classification table due to a direct cause of the disaster, he shall pay the disaster interference benefit table (hereinafter referred to as the "beneficiary") agreed to the beneficiary of the beneficiary of this case.
