A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B rocketing car.
On July 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.262% 0.20% around July 19, 2019, and led the two-lanes of the four-lanes of the Eastern Road in the vicinity of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the non-fluent speed from the sexual intersection to the sexual intersection slope.

2. Around July 19:20, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the said rocketing car at approximately 4 km under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.262% from the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-dong to the point of the said accident located in Seongdong-gu Seoul to the point of the accident.
