Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The supply of goods equivalent to the sum of KRW 36,620,472 to the Defendant by September 10, 2018 (the delivery date of a duplicate of complaint - October 23, 2018) on credit to the Defendant by September 10, 2018 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
