1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 114,514,787 and the amount of KRW 30,379,267 from January 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. On February 28, 2013, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 297,00,000 to the Defendant at the maturity of 17% per annum on February 27, 2015 (Application of the changed interest rate). After exercising a security right, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 266,620,73 on January 7, 2016. Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for payment of damages for delay as to KRW 114,514,787, the balance of the principal and interest of the loan as of January 21, 2016, and the balance of the principal of the loan KRW 30,379,267.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: The defendant, after being served with the original copy of the payment order, submitted a written objection that only states the purport of dissatisfaction, after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading, shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the allegations of the plaintiff in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
