Punishment of the crime
1. Around 22:55 on May 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.192% on the road in front of the Daegu Jung-gu B market, Daegu, the Defendant driven a Ddddumsan C apartment at a section of about 10km up to the front road of the Daegu Northern-gu, Seoul apartment.

B. In the second accident, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol as set forth in paragraph (1) 1, and driven it on May 22, 2020 to the direction of K Hospital in the direction of the palking, around 55, 2020, in front of the “J gas station” located in Daegu Northern-gu I.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving of motor vehicles.
