2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

The Plaintiff filed an application for authorization to establish a street housing improvement project (hereinafter “instant improvement project”) under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Vacant House and Small-Scale Housing Maintenance (hereinafter “Small-Scale Housing Maintenance Project”), which is part of the attached Table 1 through 7 and 1, which is the part inside Busan-gu B, Busan-gu, Busan-do, 22 lots of land (hereinafter “instant improvement project”) with the order of 10.1m2, D-121m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, 14.1/74.2, and F-15/226m26, G-15/226, and H29/27m27, and the Defendant continued to use the land in Busan-do, Busan-do, 201m2, which was designated by the Ordinance No. 1456, Dec. 27, 201.
