1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,498,633 as well as KRW 30,000 among them, from October 20, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the Defendant is only served with a duplicate of the complaint of this case and submitted a formal written objection, and the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting any subsequent detailed written response. Thus, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations have been led pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
