1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 31, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
1. The fact that the Plaintiff determined and lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant on June 18, 2010 as the due date for repayment on June 20, 2012 that the Plaintiff determined the cause of the claim and lent the amount to the Defendant on June 20, 2012 does not have any dispute
According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 20,000,000,000 for a partial loan that the Plaintiff seeks, and the damages for delay determined at the rate of 15% per annum from May 31, 2016 to the date of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
